High-power liquid-cooled EV charging cable
High-power liquid-cooled DC charging cable is a solution that uses liquid-cooling technology to make the cable maintain a low and constant temperature during the charging process by cooling it down and overcoming the heat damage to the charging gun, charging cable and charging pile from heat generation, thus increasing the DC charging current. The principle is to add a liquid cooling circulation system inside the cable, and through the sealed circulation connection inside the charging gun, the cooling system and the charging system coexist and occur together in the form of structure. It can fully charge the car battery in a short period of time or quickly recharge it to improve the range, meet the needs of customers, enhance the usage rate of electric vehicles, and eliminate the latest technology of charging anxiety of users.
High power DC charging cables are divided into water-cooled charging cables and oil-cooled charging cables according to the cooling medium.

Water-cooled charging cables are designed based on the cooling medium of coolant (ethylene glycol, etc.) or water. Because the coolant or water is conductive, the cooling medium and the conductor are separated in the structure, because the conductor is indirectly cooled, so the same conductor cross-sectional area, the current-carrying capacity of water-cooled charging cable is inferior to that of oil-cooled charging cable, but the cost of the cooling medium of water-cooled charging cable is low, and the maintenance cycle is long and simple.
Water-cooled charging cables are divided into copper-clad water structure and copper-water separation structure according to the structure of the cable core.
